LoneStar Team Gear is a family-owned small business proudly serving the Arlington, Texas community since 2010. We specialize in custom uniforms and apparel for schools, sports teams, and organizations of all kinds. Backed by a team of experienced athletes, coaches, and dedicated sports fans, we bring passion and precision to every product we create.
It all began in a garage—when our founder, Ralph Parks, saw a need at his grandchild’s school for a reliable uniform provider. Fueled by a desire to help and a knack for problem-solving, Ralph began building what would soon become LoneStar Team Gear. In 2016, we opened our first storefront to better serve local private schools and sports teams. By 2020, we expanded to our current location, offering a hands-on shopping experience for uniforms, custom gear, and more.
In 2024, our longtime store manager, Xander Bond, stepped up to purchase the business and carry the torch forward. With a deep respect for the relationships we’ve built over the years, Xander continues to grow our reach and strengthen connections with schools and teams across the region.
